30 Day Money Back Guarantee
ZEO Health will accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of the initial order. In order to return a product, you must call ZEO Health at (845) 353-5185 and receive a RMA number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package containing the products you are returning. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. If you wish to return any unopened products, you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all products that are returned. This 20% restocking fee is calculated based on the price paid for the products that are returned, and excludes the amount paid for shipping. This fee is off the price of the product. On partial returns, the restocking fee will be levied against the full retail price of the product, not the discounted price.
We process orders the same day they are received by 1pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday-Friday (except on federal holidays) and generally ship within 1-2 business days under normal circumstances. To ensure rapid processing of your order, be sure to complete all the necessary information at checkout.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept Personal Checks and Money Orders, though with these orders, products will not be sent out until the Money Orders are received or the Personal Check has been cleared by our bank.
